We are HIRING: Technical Support Coordinator
As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing effective technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the resolution of technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate assistance to our customers.
The job requires:
– Proven experience as a Technical Support Coordinator or similar role in a technical support environment.
– Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
– Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
