SENIOR TREASURY ACCOUNTANT

M Squared is looking to hire experienced “Senior Treasury Accountant”

Job location: our head office in Mohandseen – Giza

Responsibilities:
· Monitor the cost of finance and reporting module on monthly basis
· Familiar with international fund process
· Analyze and perform appropriate funding activities
· Oversee all financial transaction of ongoing deals and fundraising efforts going in of an organizing committee
· Establish and maintain credit lines to optimize investment return and strategize the best use of fund

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related major
· 5 years of experience in treasury function
· Very good communication skills
· Previous experience in real estate industry
· Good MS office skills
· Presentable and smart looking
