Job Description
HR- PERSONNEL COORDINATOR
“HR- personnel Coordinator” is required to reputable Financial Services company located in Sheraton
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process HR documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.
• dealing with government authorities, such as labor offices, social insurance authorities, medical insurance, and building a strong relationship with them.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employee database, etc.).
• Preparing Form 1 and Form 6 Insurance and submitting them to Social Insurance
• Dealing with inspection reports to remove any insurance violations.
• Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
Requirements:
• 1 year of Proven work experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent command of English in both written and speaking.
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
