DESIGN ARCHITECT

El Nasr Group located at Heliopolis is looking for the following:#Design Architect
(#Exterior and #Interior) 3D Visualizer
• Building up specially designed models 2D & 3D for interior and exterior design details
• Producing 3D perspectives on 3DMAX, Vray, Revit
• Producing image boards and preparing sample boards for the interior design works
• 3D perspectives and photo-realistic high-end rendering
• Solving the toughest design challenges together with the other designers and delivering them, pixel-perfect.
• Build and render 3D visualization for interior and exterior designs with excellent quality.
Job Requirements
• Excellent level of proficiency with 3DMax, Vray – Photoshop – AutoCAD and Revit is a Must.
• Create a variety of 3D environments.
• Experience in design workout and working drawings
• Experience in follow up implementation of 3D designs
• Ability to create both high and low poly models
• Experience with physically based rendering
• Excellent eye for lighting, color and details.
• Understanding client brand guidelines to ensure design meets client requirements
• Full awareness of architectural and interior design aspects
• Working to deadlines and under-pressure
