We are hiring Customer Service Officer at Arabian Cement Company.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or another related field.
Skills: Good in English Language
– Ability to work on rotational shifts basis (the last shift ends at 09:30 PM)
Experience: From 0 to 3 year of experience.
Location: New Cairo
