EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Urgently Needed
Company: Go Global for International Business Development
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Heliopolis
Our company is a reputable and fast-growing management-consultancy firm, specialized in International Marketing and Export Business Development. We work closely with international and local organizations, governmental and non-governmental, to help Egyptian Small and Medium Enterprises expand globally and increase their exports.
A qualified Executive Assistant in urgently required to contribute to and execute the organization’s vision for growth.
Tasks will include, but not limited to, the following:
· Manage the day-to-day office activities to support the Managing Director.
· Translate simple documents from English to Arabic and vice versa, when needed.
· Contact freelance consultants and short-list them for higher management.
· Develop powerpoint presentations.
· Perform administrative tasks for international organizations working with the company which includes setting appointments, limousine booking, and making hotel reservations.
· Screening CVs for potential candidates for announced jobs and short listing them.
· Book venues, photographers, and schedule speakers.
· Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
· Supervise, control, monitor and direct all incoming and outgoing Go Global’s documents that related to its different trainings and events.
Required qualifications:
· A business administration graduate with minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Excellent command of English language, with writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
· Ability to develop power point presentations.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders from different nationalities, including staff, external partners, and donors.
· Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint with fast typing skills in both English and Arabic.
· Engaged on social media and understand its dynamics.
· Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
· Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
· Very high organizational and communication skills.
· Self-disciplined with a very high sense of responsibility.
· Proactive and witty personality
· Initiator, self-disciplined, eager to learn new methods, and accepts challenges.
· Ability to manage and work under pressure.
· Able to deal with people from different cultures.
Work Conditions:
· Working hours from 9-5.
· Fridays and Saturdays off.
