CORPORATE LAWYER

NACITA is a leading company in the Automotive & Logistics services, and is looking forward to hire Corporate Lawyer

Role Responsibilities:
– Handling contracts (Drafting, reviewing all types of agreements, tender documents, contracts, and third-party relations) and report the findings and feedback to the departments head for validation.
– Acts as a strategic partner conducting legal research with the different functions of the organization through actively participating by giving legal advice.
– Dealing with past-due customers, support the business sector in bad debt collection.
– Handle litigation by following up on company legal issues in terms of lawsuits against the company, Police reports governmental communications & representing the company in front the Egyptian Court for legal cases handling all litigation procedures.
– Interacts with different governmental authorities to avoid exposing the company to any legal hazards.
– Liaise and follow up with external lawyers on the company lawsuits, receive monthly or quarterly reports on pending litigation.

Education:
– A Bachelor of Law degree is a must.
– Master’s legal diplomas degree is plus.
– 3 to 5 years preferred in a local or multinational law firm/ corporate in similar position.
– Membership of the Egyptian Bar Association is a must.
