Job Description
Ibrahim A. Badran Charitable Foundation (IBF) is seeking a qualified dynamic Senior Grants Officer to join its executive team.
Key Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related discipline.
Work Experience:
· 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the field of Accounting/Finance.
· At least 5 years of proven working experience of grants design and administration within the INGOs/non-profit sector is a MUST.
· Proficiency of Grants Management and strong knowledge of the best practices.
Skills & Competencies:
· Works with high professional standards of work ethics.
· Proactive; self-driven & reliable.
· Committed and can work independently with minimum supervision.
· Strong verbal & written communication skills in Arabic & English Languages.
· Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills to create & maintain positive working relationships with donors, partners, Auditors & other stakeholders.
· Excellent command of MS Office Suite.
· Working experience of relevant software & internal systems.
· Service Orientation & Customer-Focus.
· Results & quality-oriented.
· Detail-focused, critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
· Strong planning, management & decision-making skills.
· Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment with proven time-management skills, deal with stressful situations, meet tight deadlines & prioritize tasks.
· Excellent writing & presentation skills.
· Capacity & willingness to be flexible & agile, be available on occasions outside of normal business hours, carry out regular field visits or travel to project sites.
· Strong supervisory & leadership skills.
Work Conditions:
Full-Time Job.
Office-Based Job.
Travel may be required.
Work Location:
El-Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt.
