Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering from governmental university is a MUST.

-+10 years of experience including +5 years’ experience in management roles at engineering consult.
-Experience at Leading team is a MUST.

-Highly experience in ArcGIS , Esri Product, Python
