Job Summary:
SEO / ASO specialist responsible for identifying strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines.

Job Description:
. Program in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure the site is accessible and easy to follow and for increased interaction with visitors – this may involve working on video and PDFs.
. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
. Track, report, and analyze website analytics.
. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
. Work closely with marketing and product teams to create original content for webpages – tailored for the target audience.
. Make technical recommendations to developers.
Check keyword reports and SERPs daily, checking rankings and analytics to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement.
. Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance.
. Drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building.
. Use social media to encourage more external sites to link to your content – increasing authority.
. Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
. Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
. ASO – how to rank the application across IOS and Android AppStore.
. Understating the requirements to get the application approved by Google play and iOS.

Job Requirements:
. 5-10 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
. Experience with SEO/ASO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
. Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
. Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
. Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data daily.
. Familiarity content management systems.
. Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
