Technical Team Leader to lead for Contact Financial Holding

Contact Financial Holding is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Technical Team Leader to lead our team of Oracle developers and support staff.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
● At least 8-10 years of experience in Oracle development and support, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful projects
● Strong technical skills in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Database, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
● Experience with Oracle Apex is a plus
● Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
