RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Kandeel Developments is now hiring a Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both white and blue-collar positions
– Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods and tools
– Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate evaluations, and reference checks
– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both white and blue-collar positions
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions for both white and blue-collar positions

Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
– Strong understanding of HR principles
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for both white and blue-collar positions
– Location: Fifth Settlement New Cairo
– Experience From 2 to 4 years.
– Real Estate Background.
