DESIGN MANAGER

“Design Manager” is required for a reputable clothing brand.
Job location: Ismailia.

Responsibilities:
• Managing design process from conception to final styling.
• Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
• Designing and creating garments using pattern making.
• Reviewing product for style and fit during sampling process.
• Ensuring product agrees with business strategy.
• Support production and quality teams whenever needed to guarantee the delivery of the products as designed.
• Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors, and shapes.
• Planning and developing ranges.
• Lead and Monitor Fashion Designers Team.
• Liaise closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the items meet brief, market, and price points.
• Source, select and buy fabrics, trims, fastenings, and embellishments.
• Adapting existing designs for mass production.Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Minimum five years of experience as a designer manager.
• Fluency in English is a Must
• Expert in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and CLO.
