Job Description
HR MANAGER
EgyCham is hiring for Furniture Company
Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
-Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
-Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
-Develop and implement performance management systems
-Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
-Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
-Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management
-Develop and manage HR budgets
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with company goals
-Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
-5+ years of experience in human resources management
-Experience in Furniture companies or industrial companies is required
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
-Experience managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
-Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software
-Strong organizational and time management skills
Location: Fifth settlement
