Job Summary

Provide administrative support as well as ensure effective office management, travel logistics, and execution of organization’s meetings

Responsibilities

Carry out outdoor tasks/activities (involving governmental authorities and institutions, etc.) Handle the communications with local and foreign societies, agencies, and freight companies Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation Participate in the organization’s meetings and take minutes, dictation or provide general assistance during presentations Obtain receipts for all disbursed cash Classify expenditure and prepare monthly reports Maintain proper documentation as well as related supporting documents Organize and maintain work files; operate office equipment Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Qualifications & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any related field 2+ years of experience in the same position Excellent command of English Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation

Monthly gross salary offered for this position is in the range of 3,000 EGP-5,000 EGP
