RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Eagles Egypt is hiring Recruitment specialist to join our recruitment team immediately
Job Description:
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Interview and select the best candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• +1 years of experience in recruitment field ( blue collar is a plus).
• Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, google websites … etc.
• v.good up to excellent english level
