Senior Organization Development and Employees Engagement Officer is required for Arabian Cement Company.

Create and update the organization charts.
Create and update the job descriptions.
Create and update the policies and procedures.

-Job Requirements:
From 2 to 4 years of experience in the same field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant
HR Diploma/ Certificate is a plus.
Very Good in English Language
