Job Description
TALENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Spinneys Egypt is now hiring a “Talent Management Specialist” with the following details:
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on the internal training and development programs in line with the annual HR business plan.
• Create positive environment through current engagement activities and introduce new ones.
• Update and maintain all company job descriptions in coordination with the department managers.
• Collect attendance and training feedback of all internal and external trainings delivered; consolidate and report results.
• Assist in reviewers and reviewees in performance appraisal process.
• Create/update company organization structures and demographics report.
• Consolidate reports collected from branches and submit them to department manager in timely manner.
• Assist in recruitment activities online and offline (social media, open days, employment fairs,..)
• Conduct phone calls to pre-screen candidates’ CVs; send data or schedule interviews according to position.
• Recruit for branch and head office vacancies according to hierarchy matrix.
• Assist in new store openings hiring and provide updates.
Requirements:
• Performance Management System Experience is a MUST.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Excellent English.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
