Qualifications:-

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

– 8 to 12 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on different functions.

– Real Estate Developments companies’ experience is a MUST.

– Strong Communication & Diplomacy Skills.

– MBA will be a plus.

– Other HR studies will be a benefit – Preferably Certified Assessor.
