Admin assistant
Requirements:-
– Graduated
– presentable
-Microsoft office
– Ability to work under pressure
– Multi tasking
– Experience in realestate preferable.
Job description:-
– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
– Follow and input on the company system.
– Organize and schedule appointments.
– Write and distribute mails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
– Assist in the preparation of regularly reports.
– Develop and maintain office policies and procedures.
– working hours : 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Working days : Fridays off
– location: Nasr city
