SPARE PARTS MANAGER

Kasrawy Group for Automotive hiring the following position:
Spare parts Manager – Heavy Trucks
Main Responsibilities:
-Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective Parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
-Creates annual Parts department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
-Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures.
-Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals.
-Ensures all department tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order.
-Leading edge in inventory control management, leading edge in parts retail management, leading edge in performance management, fully operation in department strategy & planning.
-Establishing profit targets and action plans.
-Evaluating and monitoring the performance of department employees.
Coaches staff on non-technical and know-how of the job.
-Establishing collaborations and cooperative relations with other departments.
-Making and maintaining a good and safe work environment.
-Establishing and implementing activities to increase fulfilment rate for customer satisfaction, profitability of parts/accessories.
-Authorizing and implementing operations within the guidelines assigned by the company.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, Management, or another related field.
8-12 years of experience – Automotive background is preferred.
Inventory control management
Planning skills
Leadership skills& decision making, parts sales skills.
