Senior Quantity Surveyor for Americana Restaurants

Americana Restaurants is looking for a “Senior Quantity Surveyor”

Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum 8 years of experience with Consultants / Contractors (preferably fit-out contractors).
· Should be proficient in AutoCAD.
· Excellent team working skills, self-motivated and productive attitude.
· Good knowledge of MS Office package in general and should be proficient in MS Excel.
· Ability to prioritize and undertake a range of tasks with a positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
