RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

Eagles Egypt is hiring Recruitment Supervisor to join our recruitment team immediately

Job Description:

-Manage the full end to end recruitment process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service, in line with the delivery of the time to hire

-Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance

Manage and develop direct recruitment channels such as job boards, headhunting, professional networking websites where appropriate.

-Meet with hiring managers regularly to understand the needs of each team and what job openings are required

-Participate in job fairs and career events

-Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine candidate qualifications and fit

-Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

+6 years of experience in recruitment field ( blue collar is a plus).

Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines

Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, google websites … etc.

Excellent up to fluent english level
