Admin assistant for Oceanair Travel
Job Description
Oceanair Travel looking for an admin assistant. Ideally looking for someone with the below qualifications:
1. Experience in writing emails to governmental institutes.
2. At least 5 years of experience at least in the same post
3. Excellent in Arabic is a Must.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Can join immediately
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
2. Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including, meetings, and clerical duties
3. Assist in the preparation of confidential documents and reports
Maintain meeting minutes
4. Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
