LINER CASHIERS

Multinational Maritime Industry Group is seeking to hire in Cairo & and Ain Sokhna: Liner Cashiers

Job duties:
• Receiving Funds (Cash/cheque/Deposit) against deliver oders , local customer collections, and issuing receipts using entity system
• Petty cash controller for ops payments if any
• Maintain a regular cash deposit in the bank on a daily basis in accordance with safety rules and SOPs
• Track transactions and report any discrepancies between issued invoices and relevant collections
• Maintain the Cash Receipt/Deposits Journal spreadsheet on a daily basis
• Sending Cash reports along with full supporting docs to the finance department on a daily basis
• Comply with the company’s policies and cash-handling procedures
• Manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently
• Handling Cash and Checks and Daily reports
• Handling all bank documents and invoices

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree – Faculty of Commerce
