IT SYSTEM SPECIALIST Venus Group hiring: [ IT System Specialist ] Responsibilities/Duties: 1. Working on ERP System and SQL. 2. Set up user accounts, roles and access rights for all systems. 3. Resolve assigned customer technical issues (diagnosis, intervention, alert). 4. Managing and maintaining the file servers, Domain Controller and all it’s services. 5. Monitoring the internet connection for security risks. 6. Employing the latest security protocols and updates. 7. Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or errors. 8. Monitoring the IT stores and provide reports for the items about to be missed. 9. Responsible for security and efficiency of Network, Domain, Mail, Firewall. 10. Responsible for performance of Surveillance, Telephony and UPS systems. 11. Installing, configuring and supporting software, hardware required for all systems. 12. Monitoring Datacenter performance and troubleshooting issues. 13. Maintain backups and proactive maintenance. 14. Perform Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery upon requested. Qualifications: 3-5 years of Experience. Bachelor of Information Systems. Good Communication skills. Our Benefits: Competitive monthly package, Social insurance and Transportation.
