FINANCE MANAGER
EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients
Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with company goals and objectives.
-Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the development of financial models and analyses.
-Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
-Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
-Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
-Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risk.
-Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as investors, lenders, and auditors.
-Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
-Experience from15 : 20 years in financial management, preferably in the industrial field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team.
-Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software.
-Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
