HSE MANAGER

Talaat Moustafa Group is seeking a skilled HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment operations for our shopping centers in Cairo.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
– Conduct inspections and audits to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
– Train employees, contractors, and tenants on HSE best practices.
– Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement preventive measures.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
– Stay updated on industry standards and implement necessary adjustments.
– Promote a positive HSE culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
– Proven experience as an HSE Manager in shopping centers or retail industry.
– Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Leadership and team management abilities.
– Proficiency in English and Arabic.
