Job Description
-First line support for the users
-Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
-Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
-Perform hardware and software installations.
-Working Knowledge with the AD, Domain Controllers, File Servers, 365 Environment
-Respond to users Tickets and requests

Job requirements
-BSC of engineering or computer science
-CCNA/MCSA is an advantage
-Microsoft windowsWin10 and Win11.
-Office 2019, and Office 365.
-LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
-Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications.
