Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:
– 2-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
-Experience In recruitment agency is required
– Proven experience in hiring both white and blue-collar positions.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
– Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.Location : Nasr City
