Job Description
HR COORDINATOR
We Are Hiring HR Coordinator
Working Hours: 8am-4pm
Days off: Friday- Saturday
Work location: Smart Village 6th of October.
Qualifications and recruitment :
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
· Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an HR. Or Recruitment.
· Skills:
o Proficient in computer skills especially in MS Excel
o Familiar with Psychology or related field is preferred.
o Strong attention to detail
o Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
o Time-management skills.
o Ability to handle confidential information.
o Problem- Solving Skills
o Interpersonal skills with team environment and establish positive working relations.
o Analytical skills in order to analyze HR data and decision – making purposes.
