FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER

NEWGIZA Sports Club is now hiring a Food and Beverage Operations Manager with the following requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in hospitality management, food service management or a relevant field.
• 10 – 15 years of experience in customer service management in the hospitality industry.
• Min 5 years of experience in a similar role in managing the operations of the food and beverage industry “hotel or restaurant management”.
• Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing a team and interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and making strategic decisions to improve profitability.
• Strong knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software preferably Micros)
