Senior Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting:
·Oversee and manage the complete bookkeeping process for clients, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
·Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
·Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
·Assist with annual audit preparations, collaborating with clients to gather and organize financial documentation required for audits.
·Work closely with auditors during financial and tax audits, providing necessary data and documentation and addressing inquiries to ensure compliance with audit requirements.

-Tax Compliance:
·Stay updated on the latest tax regulations, laws, and compliance requirements.
·Prepare and file various tax returns, including Withholding Tax, VAT, and other relevant tax return forms, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

-Team Leadership and Training:
·Supervise junior staff members, ensuring their growth and development within the organization.
·Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in financial management and ethical conduct.

-Required Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•More than 4-6 years of accounting experience.
•Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
•Strong financial analysis skills.
•Strong communication skills, in English both written and verbal
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
•Highly detail-oriented and organized.
