COMMUNITY MANAGER
We’re Hiring Now “Community Manager” for Beta Greens New Cairo Compound.
Requirements:
– Experience Needed: 6 to 10 years on real estate
– Experience in customer service (Residential Projects)
– Excellent Communication skills
– Strong Problem Solving skills
– Strong Analytical skills
– Maximum age is 45
– Location: New Cairo
Job Description:
– Handle Owners requests, inquiries, complaints received in a timely manner.
– Conduct site tours and provide needed orientation to visitors.
– Build sustainable relationships of trust with owners.
– Conduct all necessary follow-up with other departments on behalf of the owners to resolve his / her problems.
– Provide accurately all needed reports & data.
– Preparing and supervising policies and procedures for after-sales services (maintenance, agriculture, security..etc).
– Responsible for delivering units on site and supervising finishing work.
