REDCON Construction Co. S.A.E is currently looking for highly qualified candidates for the Business Development Department as per the below criteria:

1.Business Development consultant
2.Business Development Senior Engineer
3.Admin/DC (Data Coordinator)

Job Requirements :
1-Business Development Consultant:
●The consultant shall identify new clients in specific industries:
a. Industrial Plants
b. Infrastructure- Waste Water Treatment plants, water desalination, sewage…. etc.
c. Solar Energy projects
d. Warehouses and Logistics Projects
e. Commercial/Admin Buildings
f. Hotels, Universities and/or Hospitals
●The projects scope shall be a main contractor

2- Business Development Senior Engineer
●Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
●Experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
●Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry and market trends.
●Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
●Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
●Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with teams from different departments.
●Strong negotiation skills.
●Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
