Architecture and Planning International is Hiring Architect Planner

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
Proven work experience as an Architect Planner or in a similar role
Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards and practices
Experience with project management and administration, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and scheduling
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification is a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
