What We Offer

Evaluate IT initiatives regarding opportunities or risks for Henkel as well as effectiveness & completeness of infrastructures, processes and contractual arrangements Define service delivery measures based on evaluations Create awareness and understanding for the relevance of an appropriate IT service delivery setup for the efficiency and reliability of IT services Monitor the effectiveness of service delivery measures in the organization Manage and support in the assessment of security aspects in business or function managed IT initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or any relevant study Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery management Fluency in English Proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications Good leadership and communication skills General business knowledge in Service Delivery Management frameworks such as ITIL is preferred
