General Accountant for HNI (Human Network International)
Job Description
HNI (Human Network International) is looking for a ‘General Accountant’.
- Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with multiple departments, suppliers/customers for payments and sales invoices and receipts.
* Finalization of monthly & annual accounts for HNI entities.
* Accounting cash, bank, sales transactions & monthly accruals entries.
* Assist in the finalization of statutory & tax audits across the region.
* Assist in the monthly, quarterly management reporting & internal reporting.
* Assist in the monthly, quarterly & Annual variance reporting & budget planning.
* Finalisation of monthly & annual VAT & WHT returns.
* Monitoring the cash flow
- Job Requirements:
* 7 - 10 years of experience.
* Fluency in English is a MUST.
* Expertise in accounting, and standard accounting and audit regulations.
* Skilled to adhere to accounting and company policies, standard, finance processes, and policies.
* Strong excel skills and excel function to handle daily tasks and reporting.
* Well versed with the accounting packages.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Capable of understanding the complex accounting
* Strong analytical skills are required to assess finance, accounts, and ledgers to reconcile the numbers.
* Strong time management & multitasking skills are necessary to manage tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is important.
* Ability to work within a dynamic culture, collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders.
