Production Manager for Orient Group

Orient Group is seeking to hire "Production Manager“ for its' factory in Alex Cairo road 46 km

1-    Develop and enhance the production management system (Programs, SOPs, checklists etc.).

2-    Assure the process adherence to the HACCP Plan and Equipment Cleaning and Sanitation Plan [B1]

3-    Monitor production lines and workers to make sure they are running according to the set quality standards and required speed

4-    Assess on a daily basis the lines’ efficiency, reduce expenses, mange the product Cost and assist with new product costings models.

5-    Continuously improve the productivity of manufacturing resources through daily monitoring of the resources performance and losses reasons.

Requirements:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Production, Industrial engineering

§ Min 5 years of experience in same position

§ FMCG Experience is a must

§ High awareness of Good Manufacturing Practices, statistical process control and Project Management principles.

§ Deep knowledgeable with food safety standards.

§ Able to manage people effectively.

§ Alexandria Resident

§ Very Good command of English (written and spoken)

§ Result oriented ,and Leadership & Influence

§ Assertiveness.
