job description:
• Ensure project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation .
• Determine quality standards required for project deliverables.
• Plan and manage sub-contractors.
• Plan and manage scope
• Plan and manage procurement
• Plan and manage project closure.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor of Civil or arch. Engineering.
• 18 years Previous experience in construction field at least.
• +8 years as Project Manager is a Must.
• Experience in commercial buildings malls is a must.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Analytical skills .
• Proficiency in the Arabic and English languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
