Capital For Construction is hiring “Senior Architectural Technical Office” with the following 
 Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimating, cost planning, and financial management in construction projects
• Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, contract management, and risk assessment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other project management software.
• Professional certification such as Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) is a plus.
