PwC seeks a Public Investment Specialists to support to support the Egyptian government in developing fiscal and budgetary reforms based on international standards and best practices. Our team will focus on improving cash management, budgeting, and expenditure control at a number of ministries, particularly the Ministry of Finance, and on promoting greater efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with project team members and government representatives in implementing project activitiesProvide coaching and training on capital investment appraisal, monitoring evaluation and project funding of public investmentsProvide training and coaching on capital investment and appraisal systems and approachesSupport development of alternative financing and funding for public investments, tools and techniquesSupport development of performance monitoring and linkages to strategic planSupport enhanced inter-government coordinationContribute to public communication
Requirements
Minimum Master Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance or related fieldMinimum 8 years of leadership experience working in area of public financial management, especially public investment areas or related field Experience working with senior government, USAID, donor officials and other key stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to build local team and conduct institutional capacity buildingStrong communication and change management skillsDemonstrated experience to work with local stakeholdersDemonstrated experience managing project in compliant manner to achieve resultsStrong English language skills
