Financial manager for ARG real estate consultancy

ARG real estate consultancy is looking for the following job title : 

Accounting section head
Department : Finance 
Reports to : Financial manager 

Responsibilities  : 

1- leading and managing a team of accounting professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all financial processes. 
2-oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements.
3-Prepare and present financial reports to management.
4-Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
5-Manage accounts receivables. 
6-Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
7-Maintain a strong understanding of current accounting principles and practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
•CMA certification preferred.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting at least 1 year in certified charted accountant office .
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
