- 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- 5th Settlement (HQ)

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
Participate in plans setting to identify the priorities of Subcontractors contracts as per the projects time plan and budgeted cost
and create the Subcontractors log and keep it updated and sign the contracts with the selected subcontractors on time and follow up the advance payment for them.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:

- B.Sc. Civil or Arch Engineering graduates.
- +7 years of experience in the Construction field.
- Proficient and fluent in English.
- Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, BIM
- Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Communication Skills and problem solving.
