Locations Development is Hiring “Accounting Manager “
Located in 5th settlement
- Job Description:
• Examine accounting records and draft reports to help real estate managers develop and handle their budgets.
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Prepare or contribute to documents such as lease and rental agreements, cost estimates and annual reports.
• Deal with Brokers company.
• Develop revenue and expenditure cycle reports.
- Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting .
• 5 years of experience in Receivable Field.
• Real Estate experience is a MUST.
• Experience with other financial systems and Excellent skills dealing with Microsoft office.
• Cairo residence is a MUST
