Projects Manager for Arx Development

We are looking for a construction project manager (projects manager) with extensive experience to join our team at Arx Development. 

PREFERRED CANDIDATE:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Must have experience as an owner's representative in real estate developers. You must have experienced owner (real estate developer).
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Experience in commercial and administrative projects/shopping centers and high-rise towers is a must.
15• years to 20 of relevant site construction experience, 5 of which was a Project Manager position. 
• Ability to work in new capital projects. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. Ability to use major MS Office applications, Primavera and CAD. Strong reporting and analysis skills.
• Demonstrate high leadership and communication skills. Very good negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices and various construction (post tension) and architectural implementation methods.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques.
• The ability to analyze and solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in project management programs and tools.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and standards in the Arab Republic of Egypt, civil defense requirements, the Egyptian code, and industry principles.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
