Senior Architectural Engineer for CPM (Construction & Project Management Consultancy)

CPM (Construction & Project Management Consultancy) is hiring Senior Architectural Engineer.
Job Brief
- Experience in architecture and urban design.
- Review design drawings, specifications and ability to coordination between them.
- Preparation architectural working and shop drawings.
- Preparation of specifications and B.O.Q for subcontractors.
- Estimating the quantity of required materials and equipment.
Requirements
- + 7 years’ experiences in the same field "5 years as a senior architectural engineer - Lead a team".
- Very Good knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office “MS Word - MS Excel - MS PowerPoint - Outlook”.
- Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills.
- Good Command of English Language “Spoken and Written”.
Work conditions
- Working location at “Nasr City”.
- From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
