OSS Back Office Engineer for Connectalents

Connectalents is currently hiring " OSS Back Office Engineer" for a leading telecom solutions provider, who has established end-to-end advantages in Telecom network infrastructure, application software, devices, and professional services.
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain OSS data accuracy and integrity across various systems.
Develop and implement automated processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OSS functionality.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Network Operations, Service Delivery) and external vendors to resolve complex problems.
Analyze reports and identify trends to optimize network performance and security.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for OSS processes.
Manage user access permissions and maintain system security.
Stay up-to-date on the latest OSS technologies and best practices.
Prepare and present reports on OSS performance and issues.
Requirements:

Should have 4 to 8 years Telecom experience. Managed Services / Operations experience is a must.
Should have hands-on experience on Huawei OSS/EMS/NMS products for domains like Wireless, PS/CS Core, Transmission, WDM, Datacom/IP, VAS, etc (U2020, MAE, I2000, NCE, NetEco).
System administration of servers & storages.
Should be able to do need based Linux Scripting for automation.
Network L2 & TCP/IP basics (interface types, static routes, VLAN & Subnets, etc).
Private Cloud & virtualization basics. Should have some hands-on on private cloud environments.
Should be familiar with NBI (Northbound Interface) Integrations.
Hardware & Infrastructure management experience
