-New Cairo (HQ)
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
Preparing material list & separate packages.
Requesting technical offers from Subcontractor/Suppliers.
Following up with Subcontractors/Suppliers till getting technical offers.
Preparing and issuing technical evaluation comparison.
Preparing and submitting all material submittals including all required attachments.
Following up till getting final material submittal approval.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- B.Sc. Architecture Engineering graduates.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Construction field.
- Fluent in English.
- Microsoft Office, Auto Cad.
- Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Communication Skills and problem solving.
