Tendring_Section_Head
- Experience in same role not less than 8-10 years.
- Experienced in tendering for Bridges sector is a MUST 
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Analyze and evaluate tender documents from a technical point of view in order to ensure that its terms comply with the standards.
- Support in submitting clarifications required for tenders & proposal in addition to attending pre-tender meetings if necessary.
- Validate projects cost estimation provided by the tendering team.
- Consolidate tender documents for management review and approval.
- Submit quarterly progress report highlighting progress on concerned tender in addition to wins &loses tenders including reasons.
- Assist in performing the full cycle of collecting all data related to tendering estimation. 
- Manage ISO documents to ensure that they match ISO Requirements.
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- AutoCAD.
- Strong Negotiation & attention to details skills.
- Presentation & Communication Skills.
